Membership in the Marine Corps League is open to:
- Active duty members of the United States Marine Corps
- Those who have been honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps
- Active duty and honorably discharged FMF Navy Corpsmen
- Active duty and honorably discharged FMF Navy Chaplains

How to Join
To join the Howlin' Mad Smith Detachment 592, attend one of our monthly meetings or contact us directly. Bring your DD Form 214 (Report of Separation) or other proof of honorable service.
